As a full time Personal Banker within PNC's San Diego Region Branch Banking organization, you will be based in Murrieta, CA. Bilingual fluency in both English & Spanish is preferred. Job Description
Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing.
Drives proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
Identifies, mitigates, and solves customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in branch daily operations.

Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent, or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience; typically requires 3+ years experience.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
