
Construction Superintendent

Our client is seeking a Superintendent to lead life sciences and pharmaceutical construction projects in the Raleigh area, including both ground-up builds and complex renovations.
This is a strong opportunity to work on highly technical, process-driven projects within one of the fastest-growing life sciences markets in the country.
Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to completion
Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operations
Coordinate work in active/occupied environments when applicable
Enforce strict safety and quality standards required for life sciences/pharma projects
Lead site logistics, inspections, and project sequencing
Drive project schedules and ensure key milestones are met
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, and clients
Qualifications
5–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Experience in
life sciences and/or pharmaceutical construction required
Background in both
ground-up and renovation projects
preferred
Experience working in
regulated or highly technical environments
Strong understanding of scheduling, MEP coordination, and quality control
Proven ability to manage fast-paced, detail-oriented projects
What’s Offered
Base salary: $100,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience)
