Auto Body Technician

*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Body Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and restoring vehicles to their original condition with precision and care. Your expertise will help ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality auto body repairs, painting, and finishing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about automotive repair and dedicated to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. *Duties* * Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural alignment using advanced tools and techniques. * Conduct auto painting using paint spraying equipment to achieve flawless finishes that match factory standards. * Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and other welding techniques to repair sheet metal and structural components. * Fabricate custom parts or modify existing components through metal fabrication processes to meet specific repair needs. * Replace auto glass, repair or replace damaged trim, and perform auto glass installation with precision is a plus. * Use hand tools and power tools effectively for disassembly, assembly, sanding, detailing, and finishing tasks. * Ensure all repairs meet safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and quality benchmarks while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. *Requirements* * Proven experience or extensive background in auto body repair is highly preferred. * Proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, sheet metal work, and fabrication techniques. * Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and auto painting equipment including paint sprayers. * Experience with auto restoration projects or classic vehicle repairs is a plus. * Knowledge of auto glass installation is a plus.
