10+ years of commercial construction experience with new build or renovation
Strong understanding of multiple trade disciplines, including mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to help manage contractors and subcontractors
NYC DOB Superintendents License 62 SST
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Superintendent for a Construction client supporting projects within the NYC market. The projects will consist of a Cancer Radiation new build, Emergency Room Department build and Cancer Center fit out. You will be in charge of overseeing building, mechanical, and electrical installation per the schedule, subcontractor management, conduct foreman meetings, and review change orders. Candidate will review project drawings and specifications.
