We are currently working with a leading U.S. private credit platform and they are looking for an
Associate
to join its middle market lending team. The role sits within a highly active direct lending platform focused on both cash flow and asset based financing, with strong deal flow across sponsor backed and non sponsor opportunities. The team is known for structuring flexible, collateral driven solutions in complex credit situations where traditional lenders often cannot. Asset based lending
experience is particularly important for this role, given the team’s emphasis on collateral heavy and structured credit solutions. The Associate will be involved across the full deal lifecycle, including origination support, execution, and portfolio management, with meaningful exposure to a wide range of structured credit transactions. This is a strong fit for candidates from investment banking, direct lending, or credit investing backgrounds looking for broad deal exposure and hands on responsibility in a fast paced environment. Candidates must be based in Boston.
