Labor & Employment Associate Attorney – San Francisco Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our San Francisco office. Our team is 35 attorneys strong and continues to grow to meet demand.

About Our Team Our team in San Francisco continues to outperform and grow. We are recruiting for an outstanding associate with 5+ years of employment litigation experience.

Responsibilities

Strong litigation skills.

Researching, writing and arguing motions.

Conducting complex fact investigations and analysis.

Taking and defending depositions.

Providing clients with sound advice and counsel.

Qualifications Resume, cover letter, and law school transcript are required to apply. We expect a minimum of three days in the office and will not consider fully remote roles at this time. Candidates must have high grades and be admitted to and a member in good standing of the California Bar.
