Heurystics is building a consulting practice focused on helping real estate and property operations teams reduce friction in how work gets done. We use agentic AI, workflow systems, and operational automation to improve areas such as lead response, transaction coordination, resident communication, maintenance triage, reporting, and back‑office operations.
About the role We are looking for a Business Development Partner who can help us open doors in the U.S. real estate market. This is a strong fit for someone with relationships across brokerages, property management groups, real estate operators, consultants, or adjacent service providers.
This is not a traditional salaried sales role. It is a partnership‑oriented position for someone who can support creating qualified conversations and identify real operational pain inside mid‑size real estate businesses.
What you’ll do
Identify and introduce qualified opportunities in U.S. real estate
Help us get in front of brokerages, property management groups, and other operations‑heavy real estate businesses
Share market feedback on how these companies think, buy, and prioritize operational problems
Support early business development conversations where relevant
Help us refine our messaging based on what decision‑makers respond to
Who this is for
well‑networked operators
consultants or advisors
connectors with trusted access to decision‑makers
Ideal background
experience in U.S. real estate, property management, brokerage operations, proptech, or related advisory work
access to mid‑sized real estate companies and decision‑makers
good judgment around relationship‑based selling
comfort working in a success‑based, partnership‑oriented model
Compensation This role is structured on a success‑based / finder’s fee model. Compensation will depend on the quality of the opportunity and level of involvement, with strong upside for the right partner.
This is an opportunity to work closely with an early consulting practice focused on a clear operational wedge in real estate, help shape the commercial motion, and participate directly in creating first customer wins.
