
Social Media Manager

Mogul is building the operating system for music royalties. We help independent artists find, collect, and maximize everything they're owed. We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own our entire social presence and influencer program.
What you'll own:
All organic social channels: Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit Content calendar, posting cadence, and community engagement across all platforms Influencer program end to end: sourcing creators, negotiating deals, managing relationships, and tracking performance Growing our audience of independent artists, managers, and music industry professionals What we're looking for:
1-3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or content Proven experience growing a social media brand or account Experience negotiating paid influencer deals and managing creator relationships Analytical mindset: you track performance, understand KPIs, and use data to inform what you post next Deep understanding of how social platforms actually work in 2026, not just scheduling posts but knowing what performs and why Music industry interest or background: you should care about artists and understand their world You create your own content. Video, graphics, copy. This is a requirement, not a bonus. What this is:
A small team with real ownership. You won't be executing someone else's strategy, you'll be building ours. Reports directly to the Head of Growth.
