Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation – First American Data & Analytics
What You’ll Do
Demand Generation Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy to increase pipeline and drive sales growth for three brand verticals under the First American Data & Analytics divisional umbrella.
Align marketing programs with the sales funnel to optimize lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
Identify, segment, and target key audiences to maximize campaign ROI.
Campaign Management
Plan, create, launch, and manage multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including email, digital advertising, social media, whitepapers, blogs, webinars, content syndication, and ABM.
Optimize paid and organic lead generation tactics, leveraging SEO, SEM, and retargeting strategies.
Develop and execute nurture campaigns to guide prospects through the sales cycle.
Collaboration & Enablement
Collaborate with product, sales, and data teams to translate technical product and data features into compelling value propositions for go‑to‑market and marketing campaigns.
Partner with sales to create demand generation programs aligned with revenue goals.
Work cross‑functionally with product and content teams to develop compelling campaign assets, including white papers, case studies, videos, and landing pages.
Support sales enablement by delivering targeted content and tools to improve conversion rates.
Manage direct reports on the marketing team and lead projects that cross‑functionally involve sales, product, data, and other stakeholders.
Performance Measurement
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, ensuring alignment with KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline revenue.
Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce) to track, measure, and optimize demand generation efforts.
Continuously refine programs based on data‑driven insights to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Innovation & Growth
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies.
Test and scale new lead generation channels, tools, and tactics to expand opportunities.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or a related role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Hands‑on experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Strong knowledge of direct marketing, ABM, content marketing, SEO/SEM, budget management, and forecasting best practices.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Location & Mode:
Hybrid, 3 days per week at the Santa Ana office.
