Citi Analytics & Information Management (AIM) is a global community that connects and analyzes information to create actionable intelligence for business leaders.
We are seeking a hands‑on analytics and visualization expert for our COO Operations Reporting COE Team. The ideal candidate will drive the development and implementation of advanced analytical solutions to support key business objectives.
Responsibilities
Interpret complex data sets to identify significant trends, patterns, and anomalies, translating these into clear, concise, and impactful insights that support decision‑making for business partners and senior leadership.
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reporting systems, dashboards, and analytical tools to track KPIs and metrics aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
Rationalize, enhance, transform, and automate existing reports to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability for evolving business needs.
Utilize statistical methods and analytical tools to extract meaningful insights from large and complex datasets.
Develop and maintain analytical reports, interactive dashboards, and visualizations that communicate key findings and support data‑driven decision‑making for various business units.
Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in Business Analytics & Transformation roles, proficiency in data analytics tools/technologies such as SQL, SAS, Python, PySpark, Tableau, etc.
Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from large relational databases.
Strong understanding of the data & analytics ecosystem, ability to establish a scalable analytics framework – data strategy, process optimization, actionable insights, and visualization techniques using Tableau.
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and leverage data‑analytics tools & techniques for problem‑solving organizational needs.
Experience in MIS reporting and generating actionable business insights.
AI/Gen AI exposure is a plus.
Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
