
User Experience Designer

Overview
At Epic, our guiding principle is to make our products a joy to use. As a UX Designer, you will serve as the lead experience and visual designer for several development teams, setting the direction for joyful design. You will meet with end-users to understand their needs, research their workflows, and observe our applications in real-world contexts. Working closely with developers, you will design intuitive, beautiful applications grounded in sound information architecture, demonstrating your ideas through sketches, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Location & Relocation This position is based at our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

A solid portfolio demonstrating strong user‑experience and visual design skills
Education or experience in user‑centered design techniques
Bachelor's degree or greater
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
