User Experience Designer

As a UX Designer, you will serve as the lead experience and visual designer for several development teams, setting the direction for joyful design. You will meet with end-users to understand their needs, research their workflows, and observe our applications in real-world contexts. Working closely with developers, you will design intuitive, beautiful applications grounded in sound information architecture, demonstrating your ideas through sketches, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Location & Relocation This position is based at our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
