Role Description This is a full-time position as a third party (not onsite) Property Manager, working primarily from our office located in Roseville, CA, with some flexibility to work from home. The Property Manager will oversee tenant and owner relations on a portfolio of properties. Responsibilities include marketing vacancies, monitoring showings, screening applicants, managing lease agreements, performing property inspections, coordinating maintenance requests, ensuring property upkeep, and monitoring property financials. Qualifications Property Management Experience in tenant relations, owner relations, leasing, and maintenance coordination Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple properties and deadlines Proficiency in Appfolio property management software, Property Meld, ShowMojo, zInspector, BoomScreen, and Google Business Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with tenants, owners, and vendors Ability to work independently, troubleshoot problems, and make decisions efficiently Understanding of property management laws, tenant rights, and regulatory compliance Prior experience in property management required; minimum 3 years preferred Certifications/designations from NARPM, IREM, CAA, or CAR preferred
