HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting three seasoned, highly skilled Investor Relations Professionals on behalf of a valued client partner in the venture capital investment sector. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for these Investor Relations opportunities.
We are seeking polished, commercially minded relationship professionals with strong financial acumen and proven experience working with institutional capital partners. These hires will play a critical role on a lean, high-performing team focused on maintaining and expanding relationships with sophisticated limited partners, while supporting fundraising, co-investments, and strategic capital initiatives.
Candidates with unstable or frequently changing employment history will not be considered. We are prioritizing professionals with strong tenure, upward progression, and demonstrated success in demanding environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with existing institutional investors, providing timely updates on portfolio activity, fund performance, and strategic developments
Build relationships with prospective LPs including endowments, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and other institutional allocators
Support fundraising processes from outreach through diligence, data requests, and closing coordination
Coordinate and execute SPV and co-investment opportunities for qualified investors
Partner closely with internal investment teams across early-stage through late-stage transactions
Prepare investor materials including presentations, quarterly updates, fundraising decks, and performance summaries
Maintain CRM systems, investor records, meeting notes, and pipeline reporting with high operational accuracy
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
Represent the firm professionally in meetings, conferences, and investor interactions
Required Qualifications (Highly Important)
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising, Placement Agency, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, or related capital markets roles
Direct exposure to institutional investors such as endowments, pensions, sovereign wealth funds, foundations, or sophisticated allocators
Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, especially related to fund structures, co-investments, or SPVs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with polished executive presence
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining precision and responsiveness
High attention to detail, organizational discipline, and process ownership
Stable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered
Bachelor's degree required from a highly regarded university or equivalent academic pedigree
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)
Experience at top-tier VC / PE firms, bulge bracket banks, elite boutiques, or MBB consulting firms
Existing relationships with institutional LP allocators or allocator networks
Hands-on experience with SPV structuring, co-investment execution, or special purpose fundraising vehicles
Prior success helping raise capital across multiple fund vintages or strategies
Advanced CRM management experience with investor pipeline reporting and segmentation
Ability to thrive in lean, entrepreneurial, high-performance environments
MBA, CFA, CAIA, or similar advanced credentials preferred but not required

Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: $150,000 – $300,000
On-Target Earnings: $180,000 – $360,000+
Additional Upside: Potential carry, participation in investments, performance-based economics, benefits package
