Job Overview We are in search of a Relationship Manager I, II or III to join our Oregon Lending and Insurance department in Redmond, Oregon. This full‑time position reports to the SVP, Lending and is accountable for supporting the provision of high‑quality, profitable, and constructive credit and related services to customers.

Compensation Information

Level I:

typical starting range $66,200–$88,700; full base salary range $66,200–$99,900; annual performance‑based incentive target 12% of base.

Level II:

typical starting range $72,600–$99,900; full base salary range $72,600–$125,200; annual performance‑based incentive target 15% of base.

Level III:

typical starting range $89,400–$124,500; full base salary range $89,400–$173,500; annual performance‑based incentive target 20% of base.

Key Responsibilities

Market and sell products, including loans and related services; establish rapport with and develop customers’ confidence.

Visit customers’ operations, document observations, evaluate collateral and repayment prospects.

Make quality credit decisions to maintain high‑quality loan portfolio and administer loans.

Monitor loan performance and proactively service accounts to maximize return and enhance customer service.

Prepare credit analysis and submit recommendations; approve loans within delegated authority.

Collect financial information through interviews, audit statements, tax records, and other documents; comply with documentation, procedures, and regulations.

Conduct credit investigations, including public record searches and verification of income and assets.

Participate in loan closings, ensuring documentation is complete and understood by customers.

Implement sales/servicing plans and coordinate actions with credit analysts and loan specialists.

Communicate with internal groups to ensure timely portfolio transfers and meet service goals.

Represent the organization’s values to employees, customers, and the public through participation in agricultural and civic groups.

Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and internal controls.

Other duties as assigned.

Travel Requirements

Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight travel throughout the AgWest territory.

Occasional travel for all‑staff or team meetings may be required.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and interpret audited financial statements, legal opinions, tax records and other financial documents.

Ability to build rapport and maintain the confidence of customers.

Effective communication and negotiation skills on behalf of the organization.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as described.

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of finance and accounting principles.

General understanding of credit‑related laws and regulations.
