Summary
Provides authentic guest service in the community setting under the direction of the Nutritional Services Manager and Lead. Focuses on delivering nutritious and well‑presented food for patient services, retail café, cooking, dish‑washing, catering, and patient tray delivery. May include point‑of‑sale and cash handling. Responsible for excellence in appearance, quality of all foods served, and adherence to Food Safety regulations and sanitation guidelines. Responsibilities
Provide authentic guest service in community setting under direction of Nutritional Services Manager and Lead. Prepare and present nutritious, well‑presented food for patient services, retail café, cooking, dish‑washing, catering, and patient tray delivery. Handle point‑of‑sale transactions and cash management. Ensure excellence in appearance and quality of all foods served, complying with Food Safety regulations and sanitation guidelines. Education
High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience
Previous customer service experience preferred. Other Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently using critical thinking skills. Minimum age 16 years. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
