Position Responsibilities
Conduct contract reviews, assist with cradle‑to‑grave operations, manage order modifications, and handle close‑outs.
Input contracts, task orders, and purchase orders into the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS).
Assist government contracting officers with large and small purchase contract actions.
Review solicitation packages for completeness.
Advise and provide program offices with examples of documents that should be included in a solicitation package.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 24 hours of business credit.
Four (4) years of relevant work experience with an emphasis on contract close‑outs.
Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR 8, 12, and 15).
FAC‑C Level II or DAWIA Level II is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Recent experience as a Federal Contracting Officer/Specialist.
Experience with 100% Small Business Set‑Aside.
Experience with 30‑day Procurement Action Lead Time (PALT).
Security Requirements
Clearance Level Required: Public Trust to Top Secret.
Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check.
Salary:
$70,000 - $75,000
