Job Summary Alluvionic is seeking a

Contract Specialist I

to support our U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) contract in the Procurement Division (PD). The contract specialist will support the USMS-PD in various government contract matters and liaise with federal employees, contractors, and divisions throughout the U.S. Marshals Service.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Clearance Required: Obtain a Public Trust.

Must be onsite.

Responsibilities

Conduct contract reviews, assist with cradle-to-grave operations, manage order modifications, and handle close‑outs.

Input contracts, task orders, and purchase orders into the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS).

Assist contracting officers with large and small purchase contract actions.

Review solicitation packages for completeness.

Advise program offices with examples of documents that should be included in solicitation packages.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 24 hours of business credit.

Four (4) years of relevant work experience with an emphasis on contract close‑outs.

Working knowledge of FAR Parts 8, 12, and 15.

FAC-C Level II or DAWIA Level II preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Recent experience as a Federal Contracting Officer/Specialist.

Experience with 100% Small Business Set‑Aside.

Experience with 30‑day Procurement Action Lead Time (PALT).
