Responsibilities
Partner with department leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
Conduct needs assessments, facilitate talent development, and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Serve as the primary resource for employee relations, providing empathetic support and resolving issues.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement policies and practices that prioritize integrity and trust.
Analyze HR metrics to inform decision‑making and demonstrate a strategic mindset.
Qualifications
Must be able to work a hybrid schedule onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university.
Minimum of five (5) years of related experience and/or training with certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP strongly preferred or a minimum of 10 years proven generalist experience.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with an adaptive, customer‑centric mindset and high emotional intelligence.
Ability to navigate change and build relationships across the organization.
