Make an Impact.**We’re looking for a dynamic Real Estate Servicing Manager to lead our mortgage servicing team and ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient servicing of real estate loans. This role is key to delivering exceptional member experiences while driving operational excellence.**What You’ll Do*** Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing servicing team* Oversee daily mortgage servicing operations, including payments, investor reporting, and data integrity* Ensure compliance with regulatory and investor requirements (FCRA, HMDA, CFPB, etc.)* Manage default servicing (bankruptcies, foreclosures, hardship cases)* Improve processes through performance analysis and continuous improvement* Oversee loan onboarding, subordinations, and lien releases## Qualifications**What You Bring*** 5+ years of mortgage servicing experience* 1+ year of leadership experience* Strong knowledge of servicing regulations and investor guidelines* Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven* Excellent communication and leadership skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office* Lead a critical function with real impact* Collaborative, service-focused culture* Opportunity to grow, innovate, and drive changeIf you’re a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.Top of FormBottom of Form #J-18808-Ljbffr
