Summary / Position Purpose The Graphic Designer is part of the Creative team and reports to the Creative Manager. This role is responsible for bringing campaigns, content, and brand initiatives to life through clear, effective visual design. This is a high-impact, high-output role supporting revenue-driving initiatives across digital, web, email, and events. You'll work closely with the Creative Copywriter, Technical Content, Lifecycle Marketing, MarTech, and Events teams to create visuals that are:

Clear and easy to understand

Consistent across brands

Built to perform across channels

Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities

Design assets for integrated campaigns (email, landing pages, digital ads, social, print, etc.)

Partner with the Creative Manager and Copywriter to concept and execute campaign creative

Support lifecycle marketing and promotional campaigns with high performing visual assets

Create and optimize visuals in collaboration with MarTech

Design digital advertising creative across platforms

Translate technical content into clear, visually engaging layouts

Develop event materials (booth graphics, signage, presentations, etc.)

Contribute to design systems, templates, and scalable creative frameworks

Indirectly and directly responsible for product quality

Other duties as assigned

What Success Looks Like

Campaigns launch quickly with strong, consistent visual execution

Designs are clear, functional, and easy for customers to engage with

Creative supports clicks, engagement, and conversion, not just aesthetics

Brand consistency is maintained across all channels and brands

Translates brand strategy into high-quality visual design, maintaining consistency while introducing new ideas that raise the bar for creativity across all channels

Strong collaboration across Creative, Marketing, and Sales

Qualifications Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or related field.

Have 3 to 5+ years of graphic design experience (B2B, industrial, or in-house marketing preferred)

Have a portfolio showing campaign work, digital design, and print

Can design for both brand and performance (ads, email, web)

Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high output environment

Have a strong eye for layout, hierarchy, and clarity, especially for technical content

Collaborate well across teams and can take direction and feedback quickly

Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and composition

Ability to apply and evolve brand guidelines across multiple brands

Experience with email, web UI, paid media, and social formats

Ability to translate messaging into visuals that perform

Makes complex information clear, structured, and easy to navigate

Works effectively with copy, MarTech, lifecycle, and events teams

Manages multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail

Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
