Marketing Intern - Physical AI Summit | Newsletter
Physical AI Builders, Cedar Park, TX, United States
F50 accelerates the growth of the physical AI and deep tech ecosystem across Texas, the San Francisco Bay Area, and beyond. The F50 Physical AI Summit Series spans three cities in 2026 — Silicon Valley (April 29, SVAI Hub), Austin, and Dallas (June 11) — convening leading founders, operators, and investors at the frontier of robots, autonomous systems, and intelligent manufacturing.
As a Marketing Intern, you will be a core part of the team driving awareness, attendance, and community engagement for all three events.
Position Overview We are seeking a creative, organized, and digitally fluent marketing intern to support the promotion and growth of the F50 Physical AI Summit series. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, community, and storytelling. You will own hands‑on marketing tasks across social media, email, content creation, and event coordination — directly supporting three high‑profile summits that bring together the physical AI ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute pre‑event marketing campaigns for each of the three summits: Silicon Valley, Austin, and Dallas.
Draft and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram to drive registrations and speaker visibility.
Support the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns to F50's audience of founders, investors, and operators.
Design or coordinate visual assets (event banners, speaker cards, social graphics) using Canva or similar tools.
Content Creation & Community Engagement
Write event copy including speaker announcements, agenda highlights, recap posts, and sponsor spotlights.
Assist in creating short‑form video content or reels to promote event highlights and speakers.
Engage with the physical AI community on social platforms to grow F50's follower base and event awareness.
Contribute to the F50 newsletter with event previews, speaker features, and post‑event recaps.
Event Support & Coordination
Help manage attendee communications, registration logistics, and RSVP tracking leading up to each summit.
Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and partners to gather assets (bios, logos, photos) for marketing use.
Capture on‑site or virtual event content (photos, quotes, takeaways) for post‑event distribution.
Track marketing performance metrics (impressions, open rates, registrations) and prepare brief reports.
Cross‑City Campaign Coordination
Adapt marketing materials and messaging for each market (Silicon Valley, Austin, Dallas) to reflect local audiences and ecosystems.
Research local tech communities, media outlets, and influencers in each city to support grassroots outreach.
Support outreach to local university programs, accelerators, and startup hubs to expand event reach.
Qualifications Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's (Junior year or beyond) or master's degree program in marketing, communications, business, media, or a related field.
Strong written communication skills — ability to craft compelling, concise copy for social media, email, and web.
Proficiency in Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).
Working knowledge of AI productivity tools including Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Grok, Google Gemini, or NotebookLM.
Great knowledge of LinkedIn, YouTube.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines across three events simultaneously.
Preferred
Experience running social media accounts or email campaigns for a brand, club, or organization.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or other design tools for creating visual marketing assets.
Interest in the physical AI, robotics, deep tech, or startup ecosystem.
Previous event marketing, PR, or community management experience is a plus.
Duration:
Spring to Late October 2026
Location:
Cedar Park, Texas or Remote (Bay Area or Texas preferred)
Hours:
Flexible — approximately 10–15 hours/week standard, scaling to 25 hours during peak summit periods
Compensation:
Unpaid (open to discussion based on candidate)
Application
Please provide a brief cover letter stating why you qualify for this role and what excites you about the physical AI space.
Share a sample of past marketing work: a social post, email campaign, event flyer, or any content you have created.
Please provide your availability for the internship, including school‑year and summer schedules.
