Marketing & Brand Manager The Marketing & Brand Manager is a full-time remote position at Mountain Pacific.

Responsibilities

Advance Mountain Pacific’s mission through strategic marketing, brand stewardship, and compelling storytelling across a multi-state service area.

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that elevate visibility, strengthen brand identity, and engage key audiences including partners, donors, and the communities served.

Ensure consistent messaging, support organizational growth goals, and drive awareness of programs and impact.

Oversee day‑to‑day functions and operations ensuring alignment with the organization’s business objectives and execution of departmental goals and service delivery.

Qualifications A minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience and three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in marketing, branding, and communications.

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration, or a related field.

The target compensation for this position is $102,000 – $136,000 a year.
