Develop and implement effective admission processes and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate intake of patients
Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and families to coordinate admission and discharge planning
Provide clear and timely communication to patients, families, and healthcare providers regarding admission and discharge status
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
Conduct regular assessments and implement improvement strategies to enhance admission efficiency and quality
Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective admission process
Requirements:
3 years of experience in a healthcare setting (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and Microsoft Office
