Handle financial and administrative tasks, including invoices, documentation, and coordination with advisors
Support personal, household, and property logistics, including scheduling, vendors, and special requests
Lead research and problem‑solving, sourcing vendors and handling complex, non‑routine tasks end‑to‑end
Build and maintain organized systems for records, information, and documentation
Operate as a true “second brain”, anticipating needs, tracking details, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
High discretion and sound professional judgment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
