Present design proposals and work‑in‑progress to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively

Use learner feedback, completion data, and business outcomes to iterate and improve content

Contribute to building a measurement framework for the wider L&D function

Experience in HR software, HCM, or a similarly complex B2B product environment

Familiarity with LMS administration (not a requirement, but useful in our current setup)

Experience building content for both internal audiences and external customers/clients
