Location:
9945 Federal Drive, Colorado Springs CO, 80921
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8‑hour shifts between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm (MST). Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and overtime based on business need.
Training Schedule:
All onsite Monday‑Friday 9:00 am‑5:30 pm MST for 6 weeks (must attend all training dates).
Start Date:
Monday, June 8th, 2026.
This position offers hybrid work models after successful completion of training. Employees may work from home up to 3 business days with 2 days in office per week.
Primary Responsibilities
Handle inbound phone calls professionally, providing excellent customer service.
Research and resolve sales agents’ questions on:
Using self‑service tools
Member concerns
Medicaid and Medicare verification
Application status and eligibility
On‑boarding and certification process
Commission inquiries
Document call resolution of each contact in various systems clearly and concisely.
Demonstrate the ability to provide a quality experience for all customers.
Meet minimal performance goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work a hybrid schedule: 2 days a week in office at 9945 Federal Drive.
Availability for Monday through Friday 8‑hour shifts between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm (MST), with occasional overtime, evening and weekend shifts (Oct‑Dec).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a call center.
Healthcare and/or insurance industry experience.
Knowledge of Medicare.
Experience supporting a sales team or working with sales representatives.
Ability to navigate a computer while speaking on the phone.
Soft Skills
Clear verbal and written communication.
Quick learning of new computer applications and toggling between multiple systems.
Ability to multi‑task.
Physical Requirements And Work Environment
Extended periods of sitting at a computer.
Use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse.
Office environment.

Pay and Benefits
The hourly pay for this role ranges from $17.98 to $32.12 per hour based on full-time employment. In addition to salary, benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility). We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
