A growing, multi-site organization is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide on-site HR support across regional facilities. This role serves as a trusted HR resource to employees and managers while supporting payroll, benefits administration, HRIS data integrity, and employee relations initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys hands‑on site support, travel between facilities, and building strong relationships with frontline and leadership teams.

Must be Bilingual in Spanish to help support Mexico Team Key Responsibilities HR & Site Support

Serve as the on‑site HR contact for employees and supervisors, providing guidance on policies, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping.

Support new hire onboarding and ensure accurate HRIS setup.

Partner with supervisors to address employee relations matters, escalating complex issues as needed.

Promote positive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Payroll & HRIS Support

Review weekly and biweekly timekeeping submissions for accuracy.

Support payroll processing and respond to employee pay inquiries.

Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS systems.

Conduct audits to ensure payroll and HR data integrity.

Prepare routine HR and payroll reports for leadership.

Support benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.

Manage vendor coordination and employee benefit inquiries.

Assist with annual open enrollment communications and processes.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.

Support audit preparation and annual reporting requirements.

Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data.

Recommend improvements to HR, payroll, and site processes.

Assist with HRIS or payroll system updates and testing.

Provide feedback from site leadership and employees to HR leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; HR or payroll certification preferred.

3–4 years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative support (will train strong candidates).

Experience with employee relations, payroll processes, or HRIS systems preferred.

Knowledge of multi‑state employment laws preferred (including California).

Exposure to international onboarding/offboarding regulations a plus.

Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.

Hybrid office‑based environment.

Regular travel between regional facilities required.

Ability to remain seated for extended periods and perform repetitive computer‑based tasks.
