Architectural Designer / Drafter
We are seeking an enthusiastic Architectural Designer/Drafter to join our team in either a full‑time or part‑time capacity. This opportunity is ideal for early‑career professionals (0–3 years of experience) who are interested in developing their skills and growing toward becoming a licensed Architect. The role offers hands‑on exposure to real projects, fieldwork, and mentorship in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site surveys to document existing conditions using 3D scanning software
Translate field survey data into accurate drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
Draft existing conditions and construction documents
Support a variety of project types, including industrial, office, retail, and interior projects
Collaborate with architects and project team members throughout design and documentation phases
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Familiarity with construction documents
Strong interest in pursuing a career path toward architectural licensure
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Matterport or other 3D scanning technology is a plus
Internship or entry‑level experience in an architectural or design setting
Work Environment & Benefits
