Responsibilities

Affiliate Marketing & Revenue Growth:

Architect and scale affiliate programs, manage affiliate P&L, recruit and negotiate with partners across multiple categories.

SEO & Content Strategy:

Lead organic search strategy including technical SEO, content roadmaps, and keyword targeting; collaborate with editorial to align content with commercial goals.

Paid Media & Performance Marketing:

Manage paid search and social campaigns with a focus on ROAS and budget discipline; optimize full-funnel marketing systems from awareness to retention.

Digital Marketing P&L Ownership:

Own budget allocation, vendor relationships, and ROI-driven decision making across all digital marketing channels.

AI & Technology Integration:

Deploy AI tools to enhance content production, SEO, campaign optimization, and build a lean, tech-forward marketing operation.
