Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Mason, OH
Duration: 6–12 Months
Pay Rate: $55 – $61.72/hr (W2)
Shift: 8 AM – 5 PM
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic project team and play a key role in delivering impactful technology solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Led end-to-end requirements gathering and analysis
Created functional specifications (BRD/FRD) and documentation
Performed process mapping (As-Is / To-Be) and business process improvements
Collaborated with development teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
Supported testing, QA validation, and UAT
Assisted with solution implementation and release documentation
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of Business Analyst experience
Strong experience with UAT, process mapping, and stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in Retail or eCommerce domain is a plus
