We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented
Product Designer
with a strong interest in performance-driven apparel. This role supports the design team within the running category, contributing to both creative and technical aspects of the product development process.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
3–5 years of experience designing and developing performance apparel
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Ability to create accurate 2D technical drawings
Strong sketching, illustration, and rendering skills
Understanding of garment construction, materials, and manufacturing processes
Experience with presentation tools such as Keynote, PowerPoint, Acrobat, and Miro
Positive attitude with the ability to collaborate and contribute to team culture
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in technical apparel design
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Vizcom)
Ability to balance creative and technical design work
Prior experience within the apparel or athletic industry
Key Responsibilities:
Support the design team with day-to-day tasks across physical and digital product development
Create and update 2D technical drawings and line art based on feedback and fittings
Assist in building presentations with accurate design representations
Contribute to design iterations using Illustrator and AI-supported tools
Conduct design research, including inspiration, construction details, and trend analysis
Maintain and update design files, ensuring alignment with color and material partners
Assist in creating physical boards, including samples, swatches, and trims
Support organization of design assets and ensure clear communication across teams
Additional Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clear and effective communication skills
