A financial firm is looking for a
Director, Enterprise Infrastructure Architect
to join their team in Iselin, NJ.
Compensation: Up to $275-280K Total Compensation
Role is hybrid with 2 days onsite per week
Responsibilities
Engage with senior business and IT leaders to develop a macro view of current and future state of business and technology architecture closely aligned to the business strategy
Advise and recommend enterprise architecture strategies, processes and methodologies
Research and assess potential technology target state solutions on the market in alignment with strategic direction
Develop & maintain firm's enterprise architecture including IT roadmaps and strategies
Define and govern enterprise architectural principles and standards by which technology solutions and designs are developed
Provide Enterprise Architecture oversight to delivery projects ensuring alignment to strategy, identifying risks and proposing any mitigations
Create and present technology strategy and target state to internal and external clients and stakeholders
Provide support to IT Architects and other technology teams working on delivery projects to ensure new systems are integrated into the existing architecture in an optimized and strategic manner
Architectural leadership in the resolutions of inter-program and inter-project issues
Qualifications
Experience in a senior solution architect role designing, integrating and managing complex technology solutions, preferably within financial services
A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal
Skilled in analysis and interpretation of large, complex IT/technology products and services including modeling, graphical representations and abstractions
Ability to organize complex technology solutions, that include specific technology deliverables, roadmaps, timelines, operational requirements and budgets impacts
Ability to create cloud-based architectural patterns and solutions at an enterprise level
Experience with at least three of the following domains: cloud, analytics, data management, infrastructure, access channels, security, applications, software engineering, networking, or systems integration preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in senior stakeholder management and influencing, up to and including C-suite
Ability to work within a highly regulated complex IT environment on mission critical systems with globally distributed teams and tight timelines
