The Watermark Hotel is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee digital marketing for the hotel, Perch Putt, restaurant Wren, and Tokyo‑inspired cocktail lounge. The role blends creative storytelling with analytics, requiring proficiency in photography, social media, and campaign strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Create engaging content campaigns aligned with each venue’s brand identity and target audience.

Manage daily operations, posting, community management, and timely responses.

Analyze and report performance metrics, adjusting strategy to optimize engagement.

Content Creation & Photography

Produce high‑quality visual and written content to drive inquiries.

Conduct basic food and beverage photography and event coverage.

Design graphics using Canva and maintain a consistent visual brand aesthetic.

Website & Digital Asset Management

Update website content such as packages, menus, photos, and promotions.

Ensure digital assets are accurate and user‑friendly; coordinate larger updates with development team.

Reputation Management

Monitor and respond to reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, and Medallia.

Develop strategies to encourage positive reviews and improve overall online reputation.

On‑Site Marketing Initiatives

Design and implement on‑property marketing materials.

Execute email marketing campaigns to support venue promotions and events.

Collaborate with operations for special events and seasonal campaigns.

Required Qualifications

2–3 years of social media marketing experience.

Preferred experience in hospitality industry (hotel, restaurant, resort).

Track record managing business social media accounts with measurable results.

Technical Skills

Proficiency with design, content management, and email marketing platforms.

Basic photography skills for food and event images.

Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn business platforms.
