Product & Packaging Designer Job at Enchanté Accessories in New York

We are seeking a Product & Packaging Designer to join our team within the Home Goods & Accessories division. This role is ideal for a hands‑on designer with experience in consumer product design and packaging who thrives in a fast‑paced, execution‑driven environment. You will work closely with internal teams and overseas factories to develop home goods and accessories from concept through production, with a strong focus on accuracy, cost‑efficiency, and speed to market. Design and develop home goods and accessories, including mugs, cups, drinkware, and giftable items Create CADs, layouts, and detailed product specifications for production Execute packaging layouts and prepare print‑ready artwork Work directly with overseas factories on development, revisions, and approvals Ensure designs meet cost targets and production requirements Collaborate cross‑functionally with sourcing, sales, and internal teams Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Follow established brand and retail requirements while maintaining strong execution standards Perform related duties as assigned Competencies Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator required) Hands‑on experience in both product design and packaging design within consumer goods Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes Experience designing products for retail (home goods, accessories, or gifting preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Execution‑focused, proactive mindset Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field with 2-6 years of experience; or an Associate’s degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience in consumer product and packaging design. #J-18808-Ljbffr
