What You’ll Do
Deliver excellent service to mechanics and customers by answering calls, assisting at the counter, and coordinating parts delivery.
Manage the full lifecycle of parts orders—from receiving and stocking to picking, packaging, shipping, and inventory counts.
Accurately record sales and delivery information.
Coordinate incoming units for installation and support related processes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department.
Operate a forklift for loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.
Occasionally travel to customer and prospective client locations while maintaining safe driving practices.
Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe, compliant work environment.
Step in to support additional tasks as needed to help the team and department succeed.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in a parts counter role, preferably within a dealership or heavy equipment environment.
Strong knowledge of parts and mechanical components.
Ability to operate a forklift.
Willingness to occasionally travel to existing customers and/or prospective client locations.
Proficiency in using parts catalogs and inventory management systems.
Compliance with all auto safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments.
