## Qualifications1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.2. Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).3. Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) or equivalent highly preferred.4. Previous experience in critical care, emergency room, or similar fast-paced healthcare setting.5. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.6. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.7. Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.8.
