Bloomberg Media Studios is seeking a Supervising Producer who is a video and motion graphics expert - collaborative, conceptual, strategic and a compelling storyteller. This person will lead in developing and executing best-in-class creative work on behalf of the world’s leading brands looking to reach Bloomberg’s elite audience. We’re on a mission to transform B2B video content for the world’s biggest leaders, influencers and high net worth individuals to be compelling, emotional, and entertaining.
We’ll trust you to:
Conceive of storytelling ideas that merge brand business objectives with Bloomberg’s editorial principles
Generate innovative ideas for brands across all existing and emerging platforms – from TV, OTT, Digital to TikTok and vodcasts
Research, develop and pitch treatments that break through and raise the bar for both internal teams and production partners
Showcase your brand storytelling expertise across a range of formats – social‑first videos, short‑form, animated, long‑form documentary style and multi‑wave episodic content – that match Bloomberg‑owned media channels and audience content consumption trends on TV, OTT, Digital, and Social
Attend and manage shoots, ensuring robust and high quality execution according to creative direction and video briefs. Interview contributors with a high degree of professionalism
Oversee, manage and track production budgets and production schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
Bid, budget, schedule, and track finance for multiple client projects simultaneously
Talent research and negotiations
Inspire colleagues to create world‑class, pioneering work and content from strategy to concepts to execution
Work on multiple client projects simultaneously, working in collaboration with internal teams or external production partners
You need to have:
A stellar body of work, including work for Media, Finance, Technology and Luxury brands (personal work is also encouraged)
10+ years professional work experience in‑house or working as a Senior level Producer and beyond in the media and advertising space
A firm understanding of all aspects of the production and post‑production process as it pertains to video and animation
An easy‑going attitude, calm under pressure, client facing, and personable
Excellent spoken and written communication with a heavy dose of storytelling
Proficiency working with Microsoft Office, Asana, Google Calendar, SmartSheets is a plus
Highly collaborative approach with our team of writers, editors and animators
Ability to provide timely, helpful feedback to improve creative processes and to keep work on budget and schedule
Candidate must be open to travel as needed

Salary Range 130,000 – 155,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
