We are looking for a Residential Remodeling Carpenter who is eager to bring their skills to a variety of remodeling projects, including full home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, and more. You will be involved in everything from framing to finish carpentry, drywall installation, and beyond. As a key member of our team, your work will directly impact the quality and success of every project. Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of remodeling tasks, such as demolition, framing, drywall, trim carpentry, and more. Collaborate closely with lead carpenters and apprentices to ensure project success. Demonstrate high levels of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality control throughout all phases of the project. Problem-solve on-site challenges creatively and effectively to keep projects on track. Maintain a strong commitment to safety standards and job site cleanliness. Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in residential remodeling or a related trade. Proficiency in multiple aspects of carpentry, including framing, drywall, and trim work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to learn new techniques and grow within the trade. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Compensation & Benefits
