The Job As an MGM Rewards Representative, you play a key role in creating a welcoming and informative experience for our guests. With your ability to engage guests and navigate program details with ease, you’ll assist with enrollments, process redemptions and promotional transactions, and answer questions about MGM Rewards and the property.
THE STARTING RATE:
$17
The Day-to-day
Assist guests with various requests including navigating the mobile app and questions related to the MGM Rewards program, including enrollment, redemptions, Direct Marketing Offers, MyVegas rewards, Special Event offers, and program updates.
Ensure consistent promotion of the GameSense problem gambling program
Redeem PO Offers, MyVegas rewards and issue comps and FREEPLAY
Navigate multiple computer systems, including Patron Management, MyVegas, MCP, Opera, Veridoc, and GMP in daily tasks including application of MGM Rewards Points to guests' Hotel folio, research, redemption and adjustment of tier credits, and to track and adjust receipts for members non-gaming spend.
Collaborate with various departments to include VIP Services in the correction of hotel reservations, assisting host in issuing discretionary and MGM Rewards Point Comps, and assisting with promotional Slot Tournaments and event ticket distribution as needed.
Run companywide promotional events including Holiday Gift Shoppe, Cruise Giveaway, Stay and Gift promo.
The Ideal Candidate
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
High School Diploma, or GED
