The Sales-Oriented Project Manager (m/f/d) assumes operational and strategic responsibility for projects with a strong focus on customers and the market. The goal of the position is to successfully plan, manage, and implement projects while identifying sales and growth opportunities and fostering long-term customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:
Development of CAD concepts and integration of E-CAD assemblies
Creation of technical drawings and feasibility studies
Design for Manufacturing & Assembly
Prototype design, BOM creation, and product costing
Collaboration with client representatives and internal teams
Working with KANBAN and QM core tools

Our sensor technology, developed specifically for our customers’ applications, forms the foundation of digitalization and is used across all industrial sectors. Here, the major trends in industry are implemented in innovative and forward-looking sensors.
Your Profile
A degree in business, industrial engineering, project management, sales, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in project management with a focus on sales
Demonstrable experience in customer-focused work and in dealing with decision-makers
In-depth knowledge of project management methods (traditional and/or agile)
Proficiency in using CRM systems and project management tools
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
