Job Overview
The Senior Director Channel Commercialization will lead the development of the channel commercialization strategy and channel-specific commercial plans; work closely with all parent company personnel to understand their objectives and strategies; develop mutually beneficial commercial plans that drive both CCCI and parent company results. The senior director will collaborate with other directors across field sales, customer, product supply, and RGM to ensure initiatives align with the annual commercial plan and deliver results centered around the Look of Success, new product innovation, and thematic retail promotion programs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet regularly with parent company personnel to review proposals for commercial plan elements, LOS, innovation, promotion; including individual sessions and bottler committee routines.
- Lead the channel commercialization team in development of channel‑specific annual commercial strategies and plans, coordinating with other marketing departments.
- Lead the team in developing monthly commercial initiatives to drive sell‑in of CCCI commercial plan and meet business objectives.
- Collaborate across departments to drive effectiveness of commercial strategies and plans throughout the organization, with emphasis on product supply, RGM, sales, and service.
- Work closely with customer teams and sales and service in the market to evaluate effectiveness and brainstorm improvement opportunities.
- Direct, lead, and motivate the team to deliver results, communicate goals and deadlines, engage and develop teammates through performance management, coaching and training, continuous improvement and customer focus.

- Ability to process thousands of inputs, recommendations, and considerations into organized, simple and executable strategies.
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with senior leaders to achieve measurable objectives.
- Skill to develop overarching strategy then tactics to support it.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to positively lead a team and influence others.
- Experience in strategy development; frontline sales and management experience in beverage industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- 7+ years of experience leading a team.
- 7+ years managing a P&L.
- 7+ years leading in CPG.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic initiatives and build execution plans.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage and lead multiple projects.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and work with senior executives.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (4 years) in Marketing, Business or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge acquired through 7 or more years of work experience.
