Inside Sales Associate (with Marketing Support)
We’re a small, growing company with over 50 years in business, looking for a motivated, self‑driven professional to lead our inside sales efforts and build strong customer relationships. This role is primarily focused on sales, customer communication, and proactive outreach, with some light involvement in marketing and social media support.

This is a hands‑on position where you’ll play a key role in generating new business, developing your own pipeline, and helping drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Do
We are seeking an energetic Inside Sales Associate with Marketing Support to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive business growth through proactive sales efforts, manage key accounts, and support marketing initiatives to expand our reach. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a fast‑paced environment while contributing to the success of a trusted industry leader.

Responsibilities
Inside Sales & Business Development (Primary Focus)

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers and prospects

Proactively follow up on leads, quotes, and past customers to drive sales

Identify and research new potential customers, markets, and opportunities

Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, networking) to generate new business

Build and manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting through closing

Prepare accurate quotes and assist customers with product selections

Maintain and update customer information and sales activity

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow‑up

Identify opportunities to upsell, cross‑sell, and generate repeat business

Ensure a smooth, professional, and responsive customer experience

Marketing & Social Media Support (Secondary)

Assist with maintaining company presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

Help create and schedule basic social media posts (project photos, updates, etc.)

Capture photos/videos from projects or installs when needed

Support simple marketing efforts that help generate leads

Assist with light content creation or sales materials (Canva, etc.)

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills—especially over the phone and email

Self‑starter who takes initiative and doesn’t rely on inbound leads

Comfortable with outbound outreach and prospecting

Curious and willing to research industries, customers, and opportunities

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay proactive

Experience in inside sales, business development, or customer service preferred

Comfortable using CRM systems or tracking customer interactions (or willing to learn)

Basic familiarity with social media platforms

Experience with Canva or simple content creation (a plus, not required)

Coachable, motivated, and driven to grow in a sales role

This job is not remote and requires daily onsite presence.

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday (7:30 am - 4:30 pm)

Friday (7:30 am - 12:00 pm)
