The company is now investing heavily in building a world-class GTM engine , and this hire will play a critical role in shaping how marketing drives revenue.

This is not a maintenance role. This is the foundation of marketing performance, data, and scale .

The Role
You will own and build the marketing infrastructure that powers the entire GTM engine — ensuring every campaign, lead, and dollar is measurable, attributable, and tied to revenue.

You will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, building the systems and data foundation that enables the business to scale efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Audit and own the full marketing tech stack, including CRM, automation, and data infrastructure

Build and maintain clean lead and account mapping across the funnel

Design and implement attribution models to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue

Develop dashboards and reporting systems that provide real-time funnel visibility

Establish and optimize lead routing, scoring, and data enrichment workflows

Identify and resolve gaps in data accuracy, tracking, and reporting

Create scalable campaign tracking frameworks to support all GTM initiatives

Automate repeatable workflows across campaign operations, lead management, and reporting

Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align systems and pipeline visibility

Enable faster campaign execution without compromising data integrity

Build and maintain a single source of truth across GTM

Continuously improve attribution, reporting accuracy, and campaign velocity

About You

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Growth Operations (B2B SaaS)

Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot (required) and CRM systems

Deep understanding of funnel metrics, lifecycle stages, and attribution models

Experience building dashboards, reporting systems, and campaign tracking frameworks

Experience with lead routing, scoring, and data enrichment workflows

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Nice to Have

Experience in fintech, compliance, or complex B2B environments

Exposure to ABM or outbound-heavy GTM motions

Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Clay, ZoomInfo, or Clearbit

SQL or data modeling experience
