About The Job Opportunity
The Product Marketing Manager supports the execution of go‑to‑market strategy, positioning, and sales enablement for PartsSource solutions. This role works closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate complex healthcare workflows into clear, compelling messaging and high‑impact content that drives pipeline generation and accelerates deal cycles.
What You’ll Do
Go‑to‑Market Execution & Product Launch Support
Support execution of product marketing strategies and go‑to‑market initiatives aligned to portfolio growth objectives
Partner with senior marketing leadership to ensure consistency across launches, campaigns, and messaging
Contribute to launch readiness by developing messaging, materials, and supporting assets
Coordinate cross‑functional inputs to ensure aligned execution across teams
Messaging, Content & Value Proposition Development
Translate complex healthcare workflows (clinical, operational, HTM) into clear, compelling messaging
Develop high‑quality marketing and sales assets including pitch decks, one‑pagers, case studies, and ROI tools
Tailor messaging to priority audiences, segments, and use cases
Ensure messaging is consistent, differentiated, and aligned with customer needs
Sales Enablement & Commercial Support
Develop enablement materials that improve sales confidence, messaging consistency, and deal execution
Support training efforts and create tools that help Sales articulate value effectively
Partner with Sales to understand objections, deal dynamics, and content needs
Contribute to improving pipeline conversion and deal velocity through better enablement
Market Research & Insights
Conduct foundational market, customer, and competitive research
Translate insights into actionable messaging and content improvements
Support positioning refinement based on market trends and feedback
Contribute to ongoing understanding of customer needs and buying behavior
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Execution
Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Demand Gen, and Marketing Ops
Manage project workflows to ensure deliverables are accurate and on time
Gather and incorporate field feedback to continuously improve content and messaging
Ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintain execution quality
What You’ll Bring
Your Background
4–6+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or related B2B roles
Experience supporting go‑to‑market initiatives and product launches
Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, customer‑focused messaging
Experience developing sales enablement content and customer‑facing materials
Strong cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, or regulated industries
Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder buying processes
Experience building ROI narratives and customer proof points
Experience working with analytics or data‑driven solutions
