Position
Hybrid, full‑time Account Executive – 2‑3 days in the office per week (NY, NJ, CT).

About the Role
RTM is looking for an ambitious Account Executive to focus on full‑cycle sales: prospecting new business, closing deals, and managing accounts in a B2B environment. Uncapped earning potential and extensive, ongoing training will support both collaborative and independent work.

Responsibilities

Drive the sales process end‑to‑end: lead prospecting, deal closing, and account management for repeat and future business opportunities.

Build, develop, and manage a 7‑figure book of business.

Research target markets and identify leads through various sources.

Qualify prospects against the ideal customer profile.

Engage leads with tailored outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.

Conduct daily prospecting activities: about 60 personalized emails and 30 cold calls.

Present solutions to C‑suite decision makers by consulting on their business challenges.

Serve as the main client contact, drafting and delivering proposals.

Perform onsite account management and rebooking.

Collaborate with Sales Managers to manage the pipeline from prospecting to closing.

Track, monitor, and report key performance indicators to Sales Managers.

Skills and Qualifications

1‑3 years of sales experience.

Ability to travel regularly to events.

Bachelor’s degree.

3+ years in B2B events.

Background in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or B2B events.

Professional and interpersonal communication skills.

Passion for sales and professional development.

Self‑starter, extremely organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to accuracy.

Proactive and able to work under pressure.

Technologically competent and quick to learn new software.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HubSpot.

Compensation
Base salary $55,000‑$75,000 plus bonuses, incentives, and uncapped commission. Year‑one total compensation expectations: $100,000‑$125,000.
