Shopper Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic and analytically driven Shopper Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of shopper‑focused initiatives across retail and digital channels. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to translate shopper and consumer insights into impactful programs that drive awareness, engagement, and purchase behavior in‑store and online. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days a week in office and offers a competitive base salary, bonus and benefits package.

Lead the planning, execution, and post‑analysis of shopper marketing initiatives across key retail accounts, including in‑store activations, digital programs, retail media, partnerships, and promotions

Develop and manage annual and monthly shopper marketing calendars at both national and regional levels

Analyze shopper, loyalty, and syndicated data to uncover insights related to demographics, purchase behavior, path to purchase, and cross‑shopping trends

Translate data into clear, actionable insights that inform brand strategy, targeting, and activation

Own shopper marketing budget planning, tracking, and monthly reconciliation in partnership with Finance

Measure program effectiveness through KPI, ROI, and proof‑of‑execution analysis to optimize future activity

Serve as the internal voice of the shopper and retailer, ensuring alignment between marketing and commercial strategies

Collaborate cross‑functionally to support brand and category growth, planning, and investment decisions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred

5+ years of experience in CPG shopper marketing, trade marketing, or sales operations

Strong experience with retail media, shopper and consumer panel data, loyalty data, and syndicated data sources

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills

Proven ability to synthesize complex data and present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment with evolving priorities

Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
