Job Description
Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a part‑time Marketing and Communications Specialist. This role will contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives that promote digital content, research publications, and multimedia offerings. The position requires a blend of creativity, organization, and data‑driven thinking to support campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Create and refine marketing content for digital platforms including websites, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media
Support campaign development by drafting messaging, promotional copy, and creative concepts for various initiatives
Collaborate with designers and content contributors to produce visual and multimedia marketing assets
Develop and maintain organized content calendars to align campaigns with key releases and events
Coordinate the rollout of marketing initiatives to ensure timely and accurate delivery across channels
Assist in building and deploying email campaigns, including testing and performance optimization
Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness using analytics tools and provide insights for improvement
Contribute ideas to enhance audience engagement and strengthen overall brand visibility
Maintain organized marketing assets and assist with content review, approvals, and quality control
Provide general coordination support for marketing efforts tied to events, product launches, and special projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital content roles
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Mailchimp
Proficiency with design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams
Hybrid work environment with limited onsite expectations
