About The Role We’re looking for a highly execution-focused Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is responsible for building and launching multi-channel campaigns that directly drive qualified pipeline and revenue. You won’t just support campaigns — you’ll own them end-to-end. From writing emails and managing webinars to launching campaigns and reporting on performance, your work will have a direct impact on the business. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll partner closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to bring campaigns to life and continuously improve performance.
What You’ll Do Own execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, webinars, outbound sequences, and more)
Build and send emails in HubSpot, including workflows and automation
Manage webinar operations from setup through follow-up (promotion, execution, reporting)
Partner with sales and BDR teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and campaign alignment
Build target lists and support campaign segmentation strategies
Track and analyze campaign performance using Salesforce and marketing tools
Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high quality
Continuously test and optimize campaigns based on performance data
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, marketing ops, and sales teams
What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution
Hands-on experience executing campaigns (not just strategy) across multiple channels
Proficiency with HubSpot (email, workflows, reporting)
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and pipeline reporting
Strong written communication skills — especially short-form marketing copy
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfort working with data and making decisions based on performance metrics
Self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and ownership
Nice to Have Experience in healthcare or B2B SaaS
Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., ON24)
Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach)
Background in marketing operations or campaign reporting
Exposure to ABM strategies
Experience using AI tools to support marketing workflows
Salary range: $70,000 USD - $70,000 USD
