Bring your energy and enthusiasm to a fast-growing, global sales environment. This is a
primarily on-site role based in Querétaro , with 1 day of remote work per week, where you’ll partner closely with teams based in the United States.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving outbound prospecting efforts, connecting with potential clients, and generating new business opportunities for MedTrainer.

What You’ll Do
Master outbound prospecting with
100+ cold calls and emails per day
Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound outreach
Partner with a high-performing sales team to book demos and support pipeline growth
Engage with inbound leads across web, email, and phone channels
Maintain accurate and organized records in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
Consistently follow up with prospects and manage multiple touchpoints
Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where no two days are the same
0–2 years of experience in B2Bsales, client-facing roles, or relevant internships (BDR/SDR experience is a plus, but not required)
Comfortable making
100+ calls per day

Strong written and verbal communication skills in
English and Spanish
Highly coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow
Self-starter with resilience and a results-driven mindset
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final semester) in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required
Commission:
Up to $15,000 MXN monthly based on performance
Major Medical Insurance (SGMM)
fully covered for the employee
Option to add family members at a preferential rate
